It might feel like falling apart.
It might feel like not-knowing.
It might feel like nothing fits anymore.
There might be some sense of grief.
And there might be some sense of honoring.
Something is changing.

I'd like to invite us to welcome her like a crisis - a crisis that calls for presence. A crisis as a calling - specific, insistent, and deeply intelligent. One that is asking to stop pretending. To grieve what needs to be grieved. To celebrate what deserves to be celebrated. To let go of who you were in order to become who you are.
This is that journey. Done together. As a gang of women of wonder.
Growing [G]OLD.
An online together journey for women
navigating the threshold of midlife
as a conscious initiation.

The Hollywood version lasts two hours. The protagonist faces her ordeal, transforms, and rolls credits. Neat. Fast. Resolved.
Real initiation doesn't work like that.
Real alchemy needs ripening. It needs time for the group to land together - to build something particular, shaped by exactly the women who are in it. It needs space. Making room for between sessions to let what arose settle into the body, into daily life, into the quiet conversations you have with yourself at 5am.
This is why Growing [G]OLD moves slowly.
Once a month.
Seven months.
From the heat of summer into the depth of winter.
Not because the journey is long. Because distillation cannot be rushed.

We will move together through the Heroine's Journey - as lived experience, recognizing it as something that lives in our bones.
The calling. The threshold. The descent and the letting go. The temptations that pull us away from our own truth. And the return - into life, into aliveness, into what we are here to experience fully.
We will walk through our relationships with worth, time, death, ageing, identity, purpose - and welcome what the space reveals.
We will make room for our goodbyes. With our parents. With our children leaving home. With the body we once knew. With the life we thought we were living.
And we will welcome something new.
Not yet named. Not yet fully visible. But already present. Already calling.
Our core practices will be celebration and mourning - hand in hand they walk. Because that is what full aliveness asks of us.
The Wheel of Resonance will be our guide.

A security has grown in me, because I've been sitting with what's mine - and now I can hold everything else too. That's the gift behind it all - this beauty behind every single wound.
NIcole about wound to wonder

Each session holds ceremony, deep inquiry, shared silence, and the beautiful kind of listening that happens when women have decided to stop pretending and are willing to share from a place of sovereign vulnerability.
Between sessions, you will meet in a peer pair - a structured conversation with one other woman in the circle, to carry what arose forward into your life.
We meet in a small group of six to nine women. Small by design. Ganghood. Small enough to feel like belonging. Intimate enough for truth.

This circle is for you if midlife is asking questions you cannot - or no longer want to - answer alone. If you are tired of more and hungry for what is actually essential. If you long for a community of women who will meet you in depth and with sincerity.
This is for the woman who knows that entering a new chapter of life is an opportunity for conscious initiation and who is ready to say yes to that.
This is not for everyone. It is for the woman who senses that the time is now.
This is for you
What an honor to Hold the Space.
I am 46 years old. And I invite you in this territory from the inside.
I know what it is to have your life restructure itself completely - not once, but in waves. Divorce. An early empty nest that arrived not gradually but suddenly, when I said yes to working for the peace service in Nepal and was told, while I was there, not to come home. I learned to hold my children close across distance. I learned to build a life across two countries - Austria and France - holding the multitude of loss and beauty and the kind of freedom that comes after something breaks open.
Death has been my companion from early age. Close people I loved have died, and each time I found - not despite the grief but through it - something I can only call preciousness. The blessing of melancholy. The way sadness, when you don't run from it, becomes music. The way writing, in the dark hours, stops being expression and becomes reception.
I will not pretend that any of this was/is graceful. Thresholds are messy. The initiation rarely looks the way you imagined it would. And the magic - and there is always magic - tends to live precisely in the mess, not on the other side of it.
I also know the particular loneliness of walking a path that no elder has walked before you. Of looking for someone who has been here and can say: I know this place. You are not lost. I have mourned the absence of those guides in my own life. And it has taught me how rare and precious it is to be genuinely accompanied - not rescued, not advised, but walked with.
That is what I envision this circle to be.
For more than a decade I have been walking with women through threshold moments - in holy spaces of process work, in deep inquiry, in sharing in circles with cracked openess. I love asking questions that lead toward mystery and toward gold. I love holding the wisdom of the group and leading from that place - inviting autonomy, authority, and magic.
The Wheel of Resonance is the framework I live by - an expression of what I understand magic to actually be: being in genuine relationship with life. Letting life touch us. Touching life. Navigating its wildness. Following pain to the core of beauty.
We each walk our own path. And we walk it together. Not because the journey stops being solitary - it doesn't - but because there is a specific kind of courage available when you are witnessed in it.
My passion is magic. The kind that lives inside the experience of live in full range. In the contradictions, the grief, the unexpected joy, the mess. The divine and the broken, woven together into something unmistakably alive.
That is what I bring. And I trust it is what you carry too.
My name is Cori. And I will walk this with you.
❝
There are plenty of other coaches with NVC out there, but I chose Cori because she offers so much more than just talking. Cori brings empathy that both thinks and feels with you. She can truly sense what's happening without judgment - allowing me to show up with all my craziness.

If you feel called to look that deeply into yourself - do it with Cori. With Cori, everything that's present is invited to be here. It's such a safe space, such a beautiful circle. So much happens in the smallest moments - and so much happens between the sessions.

Do I need prior experience with this kind of work? No. What you need is willingness - to show up honestly, to be moved, and to let the process work at its own pace. Women come from all kinds of backgrounds. What they share is the sense that something is asking to be met.
What if I can't attend every session? Life happens. If you miss a session, your peer pair keeps the thread alive, and I will ensure you have what you need to continue the journey. Consistent presence deepens the work - but one missed session does not break the container.
What does the peer pair actually look like? Once between each session, you will meet with one other woman from the circle for a structured conversation - approximately sixty minutes, with a simple framework I provide. It is not therapy and it is not casual catch-up. It is witnessing. Asking. Listening. Most women find it becomes one of the most nourishing parts of the whole journey.
Is this in English or German? The online circle is held primarily in English, with space for what arises in other languages. If there is sufficient interest in a German-language journey, I am open to that - write to me directly (there is already a live group forming - starting in September).

This journey contributed to self-connection, understanding and reflection. I love the design and truly appreciate how it contributed to integration, depth and hope. It was blissful to walk this online camino at my own pace - with accessible and nearby companions along the way.
