Before the necessary plainness, a word: this work is an intimate one, and I'd rather these terms be clear than clever - so that what happens between us can stay soft, and this page can hold the practical ground beneath it.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms apply to everything offered on this website by:

They govern two different kinds of purchase, and it matters which one you are making - because the seller, and the refund rules, are different for each.

2. The two ways you can work with me

a) Programs and digital products sold through Digistore24 (for example: Wound to Wonder, Remember [Your] Magic, Growing [G]OLD, the Rauhnächte series, Webinars, Online Gatherings and any self-paced material.)

For these, Digistore24 is the legal seller and your contract partner, not me. I am the provider of the content; Digistore24 resells it to you and handles payment, invoicing, and order support. Your purchase is therefore also governed by Digistore24's Buyer Terms, and their 60-day money-back guarantee applies to these products.

b) 1:1 accompaniment, sessions and Group Programs booked directly with me (individual sessions, direct 1:1 communication training, or anything invoiced by me directly rather than through Digistore24.)

For these, I am your contract partner, and Austrian law applies. The terms in sections 3–8 below cover this direct work.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated on the relevant offer page and, where I am the direct seller, are payable as agreed at booking (e.g. by bank transfer / Wise). For Digistore24 products, payment terms are shown on the Digistore24 order form.

4. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds (direct 1:1 work)

Your statutory right of withdrawal. As a consumer entering a distance contract, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days under the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG), without giving a reason.

Where a session begins right away. Much of my direct work is delivered live and consumed as it happens. If you expressly ask me to begin our work before the 14-day period ends - and confirm you understand that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided - then, once a session has been delivered, it can no longer be refunded under the statutory right. (In practice this means a short checkbox or written confirmation at booking. This is the mechanism that makes it valid, so please keep it in place.)

My own, more generous promise.Beyond the law, I offer a 30-day satisfaction window on direct offers that have not yet been delivered or begun. And if you have begun the work and something is genuinely not right for you, please write to me - I would always rather find a fair way forward together than hide behind a rule.

5. Rescheduling and no-shows (live sessions)

If you need to move a booked 1:1 session, please let me know at least [24 / 48] hours beforehand and we'll find a new time. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without word, may be counted as delivered. (Adjust the notice period to what feels right for you.)

6. The nature of this work

My work is accompaniment, empathy and consciousness training. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. I hold intention and space; I do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing, and I'd warmly encourage you to seek appropriate professional support where it's needed.

7. Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered via Digistore24 / the linked platform after purchase. Access details for direct sessions are arranged individually.

8. Liability

I take care with everything I offer, but to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for injury to life, body or health).

9. Governing law

Austrian law applies. Where you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of mandatory law in your country of residence.
